The Terrace - just 1min walk from the beach

The Terrace is my private vacations apartment, located 200m from the beach of São Lourenço, in a small condominium with pool, where you can enjoy peace and nature. It is very cozy inside, with lots of natural light, space and a huge terrace all around. It is ideal for relaxing, reading, having meals, sun bathing, kids to play, etc… The condominium is over the valley and beach, that you can reach in a just 200m distance walk. Ideal for families with kids or, if that’s your thing, barefoot and ready to surf with the wetsuit on! I go to Ericeira and São Lourenço ever since I was a kid so, if you are planning some days or weeks here, count on me if you need some suggestions or local hints. São Lourenço is a small location, very familiar an calm, 10minutes from Ericeira Village, where you can find all kinds of shops, supermarkets, local markets and also nightlife full of options for everyone. The Terrace / Ericeira is just 35min drive from Lisbon (West/North), the perfect spot to stay, enjoy and visit other places around, as Lisbon, Sintra, Cascais, Sta Cruz, Peniche, Nazaré… Ericeira has been designated a World Surfing Reserve but, that is not all is has to offer - you can also explore nature, animal life, skateparks, fishing and several family activities for all ages
