Riverview Stay - Private room in guest wing of BnB

Our home is located approximately 3km from CBD in an exclusive area of Goulburn, facing the Wollondilly River. Where we are, it is very quiet, secluded, no passing traffic and no street lighting. Yet we are only about 5 to 10 minutes drive to the main street of town. Guests will enjoy their own private queen bedroom, bathroom, toilet, laundry, outdoor entertainment area and sunroom. We do not book empty rooms other than to family and friends of guests. Continental breakfast is included. Guests have private use of the guest wing of our home with their own private entrance. There are 2 queen bedrooms and a third bedroom containing two single beds. Both queen-size bedrooms have a comfy queen bed, flat screen TV and plenty of drawer and hanging space. Top quality linen and towels are provided. There is a ceiling fan, ducted heating and electric blanket in each bedroom. The second bedroom will only be available to friends and family of the guests who are booking. The third bedroom will also only be available to friends and family of the guests who are booking. Bedroom No.1 is $100.00 per night for 1 or 2 guests. Bedroom No.2 is $40.00 per person. Bedroom No. 3 is $40.00 per person. PLEASE NOTE:- if you wish to book 2 people in 2 separate queen bedrooms, please email us with an enquiry and we will send you a special offer of $125.00. The bathroom and toilet are for guests' use only. PLEASE NOTE:- Even if only one room is booked, the bathroom and toilet will be for their private use only. In that case, we do not book the other rooms. Laundry has a washing machine and dryer available on request. The sunroom/breakfast room is for guests only. It has two large comfy leather lounges and a 65" TV and has inverter air conditioning. In the sunroom/breakfast room there are books and games for guests' use. Breakfast is included. There is a microwave, kettle, toaster and large refrigerator. We provide cereal, bread, spreads, tea, coffee, milk, fruit and juice. There is an outdoor setting in the courtyard which can be used by guests. A port-a-cot and bedding, also a high chair, baby toys and pram are available on request. Wi-Fi is available in all areas of our home. Guests have their own private entrance to the property. They can enjoy their own private queen bedroom, use of the bathroom, toilet, laundry and breakfast/sunroom. Bedrooms have a lock on the door for privacy. Guests may also use the BBQ upon request. Available by phone or email and happy to answer questions. There is a pleasant walking trail along the Wollondilly River. The Goulburn Waterworks is just across the river.
