On the ground floor there is an American kitchen, a living room and a terrace with canal view. On the other floor there are 2 bedrooms; 1 of them is a suite with a private bathroom and the other with two single beds. There is also another bathroom. It has wifi, air conditioning, heating, TV satellite , washing machine, iron, ironing board, toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee machine Dolce Gusto, hair dryer and utensils.There is a private outdoor parking in front of the house.It is located in a privileged area because it enjoys the luxury of being next to the canal, two steps from the beach and totally central with all necessary services walking distance, moreover, tranquility.** Bed linen and shower towels are included but we don't do changes during the stay. *** Check-in after 21hhas an additinal cost of 25€. * There is a tourist tax supplement (1€ per person per night) that is charged upon arrival.
