Sunny, modern apartment with ever changing views over marina to Rangitoto, Coromandel and the Gulf. Private access to lane with 3 min walk over pedestrian bridge to beautiful beach. Close proximity to Milford Mall, supermarkets, restaurants & cafes. All day sun and private outdoor area with stunning views. Separate bedroom with good quality linen and en suite bathroom with eco-friendly toiletries. Washing machine in bathroom - clothes dry easily on clothes rack under the deck. Full size fridge and kitchen facilities as well as outdoor BBQ. We have a comfortable trundler bed available which can be set up in the lounge or bedroom (suitable for child or adult up to 100kg). Also a portacot if required. Netflix is included! Guests can park on grassed area next to carport or on the road at top of drive. There is a stepped walkway down to the apartment so not suitable for a wheelchair or impaired mobility. Private access to lane leading down to the marina and beach. We will welcome you on arrival and may be on site during your stay but will respect your privacy. There is a very large deck separating the apartment and main house. Great location with holiday feel but close to big city amenities. 5 mins drive to North Shore Hospital and Smales Farm. 10 mins to Takapuna and Bruce Mason Centre or in the other direction North Harbour Stadium and the Millennium Institute. There is a bus stop by Marina (3 mins walk) and on East Coast Rd (8 mins walk) with frequent services to Smales Farm interchange, Takapuna and Auckland CBD. We are 10mins walk to Milford Mall and excellent shops, Countdown and New World supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. We have a very friendly Springer Spaniel called Mac who is confined to our house upstairs and a secure outdoor area
