You can enjoy the beautiful garden with magnificent trees from the private front porch which has a bbq and outdoor seating. Located on 15 acres on the edge of town it is a few minutes drive from Orange's CBD as well as a short drive to Millthorpe Village. The accommodation and yard and access to it, is private and separated from the other sections of the house and property. Reverse cycle air conditioning in the living area's along with heaters and ceiling fans in both bedrooms will ensure you are comfortable regardless of the weather. The acres are home to dogs, cats, chickens, horses and a goat called Vladamir. If you are lucky, you might see horses being worked on the olympic sized dressage arena!
