The property is located on a quiet side road (off the highway) in a quiet neighbourhood of small acreage properties and hobby farms. It consists of four rammed earth chalets with stunning views across the lake and to the Lavender and Berry Farm Cafe and Gardens. Between the chalets and the lake is a wide grassy bank down to the waters edge occasionally visited by kangaroos and birdlife. Behind the chalets where you drive in is a parkland style area of tall trees and grassed areas. Each chalet has parking in this area directly behind the chalet. There's walking access to the Lavender Berry Farm cafe around the lakes edge (2 min walk), and access into the national park. If you continue past all four chalets you'll find the office/reception on the edge of the owners house. Your chalet has access to a number of amenities: + The Lavender Berry Farm Cafe and grounds is a 2 minute walk around the lakes edge (Wed to Sun 9.30 - 4pm) they serve great coffee, light lunches and berry pancakes, and also have animals to visit on the property. + only 4km to Pemberton town with cafes, groceries and other amenities + Accessible bushwalking and bike trails beside the property in the national park + Hooded gas BBQ on your private verandah + Woodfire heating indoors with firewood supplied + Laundry with washer and dryer on site + Gloucester National park beside property boundary (walking/biking accessible) + Chalet also has electric blankets, spare blankets, feather down quilt, kitchen, bathroom with separate toilet, living area with TV, DVD, wood fire and views. Our office/reception is at the corner of the house and is open from 8.30am - 5pm weekdays, (9.30am - 4pm weekends). Please come here to check in, or call in with any questions you may have. We are at the house if you have any problems that need immediate attention outside of these hours. The chalets all have stunning views of the lake and are opposite the Lavender & Berry Farm Cafe (open Wed to Sun 9.30-4). Browns Road is a quiet road off the highway with hobby farms and small acreage properties and friendly neighbours! We're just 4km to towns amenities and close to attractions in the area. There's plenty of parking room outside your chalet (can handle 2 car easily). Otherwise I think we've covered the main points. Feel free to call us if you have any questions! :-)
