FOREST GARDEN VILLA on the hill

We have a clean, Europian style house on the hillside near to the beach. It's a really green paradise. One room is separated with big panoramic sliding entrance door to the nature (with private teracce and gardenpart). The room is 21 m2 with 8 m2 bathroom. We have a king size double bed with Europian bedding, dressholder, and few furniture for your comfort. A/C, ceiling fan, fridge, electic kettle with ingredients, hot water in the bathroom, hairdryer, mosquito plug and net and of course WIFI. Hi! My name is Ramóna. I'm Hungarian, but living in Unawatuna with my Sri Lankan husband, Kalum. We have a beautiful green paradise land (950 m2) on the hillside, near to but hide from everyone. It's a so quiet, private zen garden around forrest and rock. Lot of green (trees and flowers). This place is really the island of peace. My favorite to be in the garden teracce in evening, under the stars. We are living here with many animals (different kind of birds, squirrels, peacocks, little and big lizards, monkeys on the trees and our rescued dog "Paiti"). This place is near to one of the best beautiful beach (the Wijaya beach is 1,5 km only, end of our road) and the Unawatuna beach also very near, 2,5 km only. Our home is Europian style house, so you can enjoy the natural Sri Lanka, but you are in stylish, good condition, and very clean room if you choose us. We have a separated room with big panoramic sliding entrance door to the nature. Private teracce and garden is also front of the room with outside furniture. The room is 21 m2 with 8 m2 bathroom (separated shower, toilet and sink part) with hot water. In the room have a king size double bed (180 cm * 200 cm) with Europian bedding - not sheet only! -, dressholder, and few furniture for a comfort. A/C, ceiling fan, fridge, electric kettle with ingredients to drink a coffee or tea, mosquito plug and net, and hairdryer also. We have a safe box to keep your value in safely. Our every connectors are Euro compatible, can use with any plug, noo need converter! ... and of course we have a WIFI also. Your comfort is important for us! You can ask from us breakfast (local, Europian, vegetarian ... we will prepare for you what do you want) laundry service or can rent motorbike or footbicycle here (separated fee). Breakfast - 4 USD / person / day A/C use charge - extra cost (130 Rs/hour) ... the ceiling fan free of charge Laundry service - 1 USD / 1 kg cloth Bicycle rent - 3 USD /day Scooter rental 7 USD/day with helmets, and you can travel easily around everywhere here. The Sri Yoga Shala place only 400 m walking from here. The Dewata Surf places 3 km, where you can rent a surf board or ask the lesson also ... we can help for you, we are surfing also there. If do you like relax, take a massage, or meeting with ayurvedic doctor, get a treatment ... just let us know and we will organize it to here. We are working as a travel guides in Sri Lanka, so we can organize for you wonderfull island tour and programs here also if you need. Or give few advance to spend the good time here. If you need any help we are 24 hours available to help to you! Unawatuna is one of the best place to stay in Sri Lanka. Everything is near to here (highway to the airport, Galle and Galle Fort old city (Unesco World Heritage), the wonderfull Japanese Temple, Yatagala Temple, so many beaches (where can swim!), fishing men, surf points,... Our beach (Wijaya beach) is one of the best beauty and romantic little bay with big sea turtles in the water. Hikkaduwa beach is 25 km, and Mirissa beach is the other side 35 km only from here. You can travel to Sinharaja Rain Forrest (Unesco World Heritage also) or Yala National Park in one day. Sri Lankan island tour also can start from here. Our place is in one quite road (asphalt road). Few cars, tuk-tuk, and motor bike go and come on the road. You can walking to the beach in the beauty nature or rent a motor bike here. Can hire one tuk-tuk also drop to anywhere. The Heenatigala road is only 500 m from here, and the Matara main road is 1.500 m. There is a local bus transport.
