Nestled in the heart of the countryside, it has a large pool area which is protected from outside views and has an exquisite overlooking terrace, which allows you to both to monitor children swimming and enjoy the breath-taking views of the woods, a perfect setting to enjoy a delicious glass of the local wine. The garden emanates warm atmosphere, it is nicely shaded by the oak and pine trees, and you will be able to smell the lovely Mediterranean scents of lavender and thyme. This holiday rental is the ideal home to enjoy your holidays in Languedoc in complete serenity. The private pool, located slightly below the house, is surrounded by a large tiled terrace which is well lit for evenings. There are sun loungers available, perfect for sunbathing poolside. The pool is accessible by a stone staircase. The living room opens onto the stone terrace, equipped with an artisanal barbecue, where you will be able to enjoy a summer cook out. The master bedroom has direct access to the terrace and a small TV. For your peace of mind, all the doors and windows are protected by mosquito nets. The mezzanine is accessible from the living room and has an overnight bed for a visitor, but it is not suitable for children and very tall adults. Countless sites and activities surround the charming wine village of Prades. The Canal du Midi offers you 21Km of shaded banks to enjoy long walks along. The beautiful villages of Roquebrun, Pézenas, Minerve, are also very interesting places to visit within a 35km radius, as well as the cities of Béziers and Narbonne, both of which have very rich heritages, pedestrian streets and verdant gardens. Lamalou-les-Bains, the spa town, will allow you to spend moments of relaxation in one of its establishments in the heart of a privileged setting at 18km. The seaside towns of the Hérault like Narbonne-Plage, La Grande-Motte , Cap d'Agde, Palavas-les-Flots, Carnon-Plage, Frontignan-Plage or Valras-Plage offer magnificent expanses of golden sand.
