Breezy, spacious and colourful - Sunsets & Chill is a perfectly located place to stay if you're visiting Brisbane or just need some time out from your own home. The balcony is the standout feature, with leafy city views, perfect for a morning coffee, daytime reading, or evening wine whilst watching the sunset. Open plan living with light, airy views from the lounge, dining space, kitchen & balcony, the apartment is perfectly set up for some time to chill out on your own or to have a night away with the girls. A 5 min walk to the train & 3 stops to the city, it is easy access to anywhere in Brisbane, with a variety of coffee, food & drink options nearby. You have the Choice of the Pink Room or Green room. Pink has a queen bed & Green has a king bed which can also be two singles. Super early check in/late check out is also available on request :) Note: as the apartment is owner occupied, I will still be around if only one room is booked, though I do try make myself scarce! My stuff is still in all the rooms, however it is packed away, minimal and plenty of space for you! (all things in shared spaces are available for your use). I will be available at any time via text or email for any queries or concerns. If one room is booked, I will be around but will make myself scarce so you feel like you have the place to yourself (unless you want company!) but all spaces shared. If entire apartment is booked, I will still be available by phone/email. Super early check in/late check out available on request :) Albion is only a few km’s from the city and valley, and easy access to the airport & all Brisbane landmarks such as Ascot & Doomben races, The Gabba, Suncorp Stadium & Caxton St, Southbank & the arts precinct and Boondall entertainment centre, as well as shopping at DFO, Chermside, North Lakes & Toombul. There are many cafes & restaurants within walking distance, and the Hamilton riverwalk is also accessible by foot. Albion train station is a 5 min walk, 3 stops from the airport, 3 stops to the city and 5 stops to Southbank. Taxis and Ubers are easy to book with short wait times, and parking is available if you have a car.
