Enchanting stone farmhouse set in the splendid landscape of the high and sinuous Umbrian hills and close to the archaeological park of Carsulae, it is located a few kilometers from Spoleto, Todi, Narni and Sangemini, some of the most beautiful villages in Italy where it is possible to undertake numerous cultural and sporting adventures . This typical and ancient country house is spread over two distinct apartments on various levels, with independent entrances and connected by an external cobblestone staircase. On the ground floor there is a loft with a bar and kitchen area which overlooks the main garden and the swimming pool with outdoor shower. On the side of the loft there is access to a cool pergola overlooking the valley of olive trees crossed by a private MTB track. In the raised area there is a living room, a double bedroom, a single bedroom and two bathrooms. The floor is completed by an equipped kitchen that overlooks a large solarium of over 60 square meters which can also be used as a dining and lounge area. On the other side of the floor you can enjoy a cool porch where you can also have lunch and play table tennis. Finally, on the upper floor there is another apartment with kitchen, living room with fireplace, three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. At this level there is also another garden with fruit trees and a dining area with hammock and both traditional and Weber barbecue. Available USEFUL INFORMATION ABOUT THE AREA: 4 km from the farmhouse you can find the village of Acquasparta, where there are several supermarkets and discount stores where you can find excellent cuts of meat produced in the area. The village is in any case well equipped with all the necessary services such as pharmacy, bank, post office. There is no shortage of restaurants and taverns where you can taste typical Umbrian dishes. PLACES TO VISIT: In the immediate vicinity, about 2 km from the Casale, you can visit the area of Carsulae where in the summer in the evening they organize suggestive open-air concerts. About 20 minutes by car you can reach Spoleto, with its Festival dei Due Mondi. With a few more minutes you can reach Todi, an equally stimulating city to visit. Not to mention the visits that can be made to Narni with its underground city. With regard to sporting activities, there is a special center just a few kilometers away for shooting enthusiasts. At the Marmore waterfalls, you can try your hand at rafting and rowing routes. It is also possible to book MTB courses and guided cycle-touring routes for each level.
