Fully refurbished July 21’ Situated in a quiet location within the original fishing community of the town, it lies close to many attractive bars, restaurants & traditional shops. It is an ideal base for the new V&A The flat has been newly refurbished to a high standard. This is an entire ground floor apartment on a quiet cul de sac situated 2nd line from the beach. It’s master bedroom contains a superking bed with high end mattresses for extreme comfort. Linens are by Harlequin. There is a solid oak vanity unit with hair dryer. Straighteners are also available. There is a walk in cupboard for hanging clothing which also contains a Miele washing machine, iron and ironing board, extra linens if staying more than one week, hoover and cleaning products. The bathroom has been newly refurbished and Shampoo, conditioner body wash and towels are provided. A shaver socket is present in the kitchen. The lounge contains a beautiful Marks and Spencer’s sofabed with double bedding which can be stored easily in the coffee table chest provided . There is an easy armchair, solid oak sideboard and small record player with a selection of LP’s. We have added a nest of tables and low level lighting, CD player with a selection of CDs, virgin media is installed on the tv and sky sports can be acquired at an extra cost. There are also books and board games available. The kitchen is small but equipped with all essentials including a refrigerator, oven and gas hob, microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine with coffee pods. There is a store of coffee, tea, sugar and cooking essentials. Entire flat and communal garden at the rear. I live and work in Broughty Ferry. I am available to take any queries during your stay. This flat is very central to Broughty’s main shopping area on Brook Street and Gray Street where you will find numerous bars and restaurants, independent shops and bigger retailers including M &S food and Tesco. The train line into Dundee is situated on Gray Street close to the level crossing. On street parking is free. There are regular bus and train links close by into Dundee. There is also a cycle track along the beach front to Dundee some 4 miles to the centre. Cycle paths are also present between Broughty Ferry - Moniefieth- Carnoustie - Arbroath.
