It's within 2 min walk from the Serum IVF clinic, Ippokrateio hospital and the Pearson Vue center. It's within 5 min walk from megaro mousikis metro station, Concert Hall and Venizelos park. Has air-condition, wi-fi, large desk, equipped kitchen. Check-in alone, any time after 15:30. There is a key box. The apartment is 2 metro stops away from Syntagma square. It is 3 metro stops from Acropolis. It is cool in the Summer and warm in the Winter. There is an elevator in the building. The apartment is on the 1st (first) floor. Is on the back side of the building and has no noise from the street. In the bedroom, you will find a brand new double bed and a brand new double anatomic mattress, bed-linen, towels, a light blanket on Summer time, a duvet or a woolen blanket on Winter time and a hair dryer. In the kitchen you will find a cooking stove, a microwave oven, a coffee maker, a kettle, silverware, plates, glasses, pans and casseroles. In the bathroom, you will find shampoo, shower gel and liquid hand soap. In the wardrobe next to the bathroom you will find extra lliquid hand soap, an iron and an iron board. At the hall you will find a large desk for your laptop, an antiseptic gel for the hands and antibacterial hand wipes. On the balcony you will find a clothes-horse to hang for example your bathing suit/swimsuit. You will find the clothes-peg/clothes-pin in the drawer of the small table at the hall. You have easy access to super markets, coffee shops, bars, restaurants, tavernas with Greek traditional cuisine, banks, parking lots, the Serum IVF clinic, the Pearson Vue center, hospitals like Ippokrateio, Paidon, Laiko, Elena Venizelou, NIMTS, Alexandra, the Concert Hall and Venizelos park to have a pleasant walk in nature. There are also 2 movie theaters within 2 minutes walk, if you want to relax and enjoy a good movie. The apartment is close to 2 metro stations ( Megaro mousikis & Ambelokipoi ) and bus stops ( Ippokrateio & Galaxias ) that are convenient to go to the historical centre of Athens and to the airport. You will find a lot of taxis passing by on the street in front of the apartment. There is also a taxi rank within 2 minutes walk from the apartment. There are also parking lots if you have your own car with you. The apartment is bright, spacious and quiet.
