This perfect entertaining area soaks up the afternoon and evening sun. The kitchen contains all new modern appliances and all of the essentials of a well appointed user friendly kitchen. There is a large wooden dining table with seating for six that looks out over the decking area. The lounge has comfortable seating including a fold-out settee, as well as a coffee table, television, mini stereo and a fireplace to warm up any chilly nights! There are shade blinds over the bi-fold doors allowing you to see the view whilst maintaining your privacy. Able to sleep 7 guests comfortably, this home is an ideal getaway location for a group of couples or a family. The large master bedroom has a tidy, fresh ensuite and the room is furnished with a queen size bed, mirror and walk in wardrobe. The front of the master bedroom is entirely glass with ranchsliders opening onto the deck allowing beautiful views overlooking the golf course. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed, mirror and built in wardrobe, and the third has a duo bunk (double on the bottom, single on the top). The entire house is carpeted throughout with tiles in the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry. The main bathroom has a bath, glass walled shower, vanity, heated lights and towel rail with a separate toilet. The laundry has a new automatic washing machine. This location is perfect for a totally relaxing holiday whether it be summer or winter. Across the fairway there is direct access to the beach, while the golf club-rooms, bar and restaurant are a 2 minute walk from the house.
