***Sorry but not suitable for Under 25's or Schoolie groups*** Our home is for outside PETS.....if you have a special request regarding your pet please message us before booking - Completely renovated home - Sleeps up to 10 guests (dependent on the booking) - Beach access straight across the road leash free for pets - Free WIFI - Linen included Upstairs has: - Main bedroom with ceiling fan and ensuite - Kitchen -Dining & Lounge Room with air conditioning & ceiling fan - Separate toilet Downstairs has: - Bed 2, 3, 4 all fitted with ceiling fans - Bed 4 has no window - family room - bathroom with bath and separate toilet - laundry with washer & dryer **Depending on the number of guests booked we may lock off rooms at times. HAPPY DAYS LOCATION - Conveniently located opposite Lighthouse beach. A 600 metre walk will take you to cafes (best coffee in town), restaurants, takeaway food shop, convenience store, butcher, bottle shop, post office, hairdresser, camel rides and a 1 minute car ride to Coles Supermarket, two Golf Courses, Bakery, Dominoes Pizza and a Service Station. There is also Camel riding on the beach. HOUSE RULES (Please abide by these otherwise extra charges will apply) 1. All dishes to be washed, dried and put away including dishwasher items 2. All rubbish to be put out in the appropriate bins 3. House is to be left in a similar state to your arrival including furniture positions 4. Chopping boards to be used in kitchen at all times & No hot saucepans/oven dishes to be on bench top as it will crack the bench top. 5. Strictly no noise after 10pm, no partying or schoolies 7. Pets to remain outside the home however they can occupy the laundry or garage and any litter is to be removed. Evidence (hair) inside the home will incur $100 additional cleaning fee. 8. All sporting equipment is to be kept in the garage. 9. Only the number of guests booked and use only booked beds please. 10. All breakages and items not working are to be reported 11. Children must eat in the dining area not on lounges and refrain from using pens, glitter and slime in our home (we've had some bad experiences) 11. No smoking inside the home. 12. No bookings to Under 25 guests & Schoolies due to previous stays. Note: Please message us with the details of what you are after and if you require pricing on longer stays or larger group enquiries.
