Also an office area where you can do any work. Bedrooms both have large new TVs and fans and portable heaters. Separate bathrooms at complete opposite side of apartment with some own space so feels rather private. One direct onto balcony and other with own private courtyard. Office area right next to the entrance where you can comfortably work or study. Main TV, Airconditioning/Heating are in the open plan kitchen, spacious dining and lounge room area with large comfy leather sofa. Also a balcony with extra seating. Kitchen is well equipped, including an Espresso machine with coffee and milk provided. As per the floor plan, all living space as well as private bedrooms, bathroom (laundry within), open office and private courtyard off from one bedroom. This was our home for many years and we've freshly painted, new and updated many items as TVs, Fridge and Washing Machine/Dryer. We've a young growing family which is why we've moved and are now only a few kms away. If you anything at all, please do let know and we'll do our best to provide. Nearby, a few minutes walk away is Chinatown, along with many bars and restaurants as well as the great views of Brisbane! Just 2km to the City, 1 stop on the train or grab one of many buses. Short walk to King Street (450m), James Street (700m) and many other popular Brisbane spots. Simply plenty of public transport within a short walk - All Brisbane train lines run through the local station and numerous bus routes make it very easy to get around everywhere with public transport. We have two private car spaces available plus there are a few extra visitor parking spaces that may also be available within the secure garage.
