A newly refurbished 17th century fisherman's cottage on the front at Parkgate. Quiet location beautiful views but within walking distance of Parkgates fabulous amenities. Cosy Fisherman's cottage with exposed beams. Views over the Dee towards Wales. Two king sized beds (one will convert by prior request to twin beds). Upstairs Bathroom with freestanding bath plus separate shower cubicle. Kitchen with usual oven and hob ,microwave ,kettle, toaster, washing machine and eating area. Two living rooms with TV and gas feature fire. Rear outside sitting patio. Off street parking for one car...parking for other cars free on Parkgate Parade . Parkgate pubs and restaurants and coffee bars within easy walk. Rear sitting patio with patio furniture. We will be on hand ( we live half mile away)and will hope to meet all guests at some time where possible. Decorated to very good standard. Very cosy. Fabulous views from bedrooms and sitting areas. Parkgate is great fror walks and bird watching and cycling. Also numerous golf courses within half hour drive.
