The 9km Walk/cycle way and playground is right outside your back door - this track is well worth a look and has been created with the heart and sole of locals in mind. The lake is just a 3-4 minute walk across the reserve and the heated swimming pool and skate park is a 10 minute walk. This house has a new kitchen, new carpet and flooring throughout, some brand new beds with laundered bedding and towels. Water is heated via the gas mains so you will never run out of hot water, (the stove top is also gas). The house has a full bathroom up stairs and down. Washing machine available, clothes line and drying racks. Baby gates for the stairs, cot and high chair. Lots of parking or room for tents. You will have full access except for the garage We live in Otorohanga, however we are only a phone call away and can have someone at this property within minutes This is a very quite neighbourhood with holidays homes surrounding you and the beach in front of you. We recommend walking, everything you need it just a few minutes walk by the time you get in the car you would of already been there
