The Lighthouse-Oceanfront Home in Pico Paradise

The Lighthouse is a stones throw to the ocean. Location is #1! You can taste salty air & drift off to sleep to the sound of waves crashing. A true lullaby.. My property is large with one suite used as a rental. Private, quiet & safe. Grocery store/cafes/bakeries/bars/ATMs & restaurants all within walking distance as well as natural pools&walking trails. You will come for the location but stay for the beauty! Welcome&Enjoy! Welcome Guests! We are excited to host again this summer season! The Lighthouse is a sweet, cozy, clean, private pad. Everything you will need to help you feel at home is within it and anything it is missing is only a question away.. no stress at all. It is Safe and peaceful ( except at nighttime when the local cagarro birds are shouting out their strange calls) but truly, the perfect spot to do as the locals would do in Pico...relax. Local information is always at hand, we have a ton of it. Looking forward to meeting you this summer and see you soon! :) Guests have access to their own private house as well as the garden area. Laundry facilities may be used upon request. I work from home and one of the three houses on the property is my studio. This means I'll be around the house much of the time if you need help with anything. I also have a co-host to help answer any questions or concerns so there is never a shortage of assistance if needed. Prainha de Baixo is a tranquil, traditional fishermans village with not too many inhabitants. It still has the authentic feel of how it used to be. The house is situated 250 m from the fishing pier. From there another 150 meters to the supermarket. The local pub/ fantastic restaurant/ ATM etc. is only another short walk from the supermarket. All necessities are close to the house so it makes your stay very easy and enjoyable. The public transport (bus/taxi) is limited on the island so I highly recommend to rent a car. Pico is worth exploring, and best if seen by vehicle. I will help as best as I can to provide information that will help you fullfill your vacations ambitions. Parking is free and safe. Directly in front of the house with much space available. WiFi is weak within guesthouse. Please be aware. Car rental is highly recommended as public transport is limited.
