Large Swedish design house with space for 2 big families or a group of friends. Our idea is to have a cozy, and well equipped, house so you feel just like home, away from home. 15 minutes to central Gothenburg with public transport and a perfect location for both Partille- and Gothia cup. Fully equipped kitchen and terraces facing east, west and south! Our large Swedish decorated house has lots of space and many beds. Commute quickly from downtown to the house to escape heavy traffic and enjoy the big terrace instead. Fast public communication to city center (15 minutes) or grab a cab and be there in less than 10. Great location for Partille Cup and Gothia Cup. Located on a quiet street with a big garden and terraces on 3 of the 4 outer walls. One is a regular one, one is a pergola startup and one is a "outside inside"-room with windows from the early (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) th. Outdoor furniture and outdoor kitchen available for use. 140 sqm modern house. Large fully equipped kitchen with open plan to the living room. One toilet upstairs that is shared between the bedrooms and a large bathroom in the basement with tiled tub and two showers. Two washers and one dryer are also in the bathroom. Nearest grocery store is five minutes walk from the house, here you will pretty much find everything you need (remember you have to go to the systembolaget to buy alcohol in Sweden. From the same location buses leave to the city center. It takes 15 minutes by bus to Central Station or 10 minutes by car. Please note that this is not a middle of the city location! But it's really nice and quiet and we love living here! Utby is close to nature with forest, climbing in Utbybergen, swimming in Bergsjön and access to Kvibergs large sports area with among others the world's largest beach volley ball hall, running trails, climbing dome. Perfect staying location for the Gothia Cup and the Partille Cup, with tournaments fields 100 m from the house. Since the seventeens, almost no more villas have been built, but some rented apartments (finished (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) in Fjällbo, the eastern part of Utby. The area was formerly rural [3] and the name comes from Utby parish, which was part of the parish in (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) Utbynäs, where the house is located, is the first area built in Utby and to take a walk down on Anders Matssonsgatan is quite an experience and highly recommended. Getting here by bus from airport: Take the bus to the station "Nils Ericsson Terminalen". This is the Gothenburg central train station Follow the instruction in the next section to get to my place from there. Getting here from central station Buy a travelling card in one of the 7-eleven stores in central station. Ask the cashier to get instructions on how it works! You can also buy a single ticket from the app “Västtrafik to Go”. This is more expensive but quite convenient. Get on the bus 58 towards bergsjön which departs on “Läge K” (Bus stop K). Get of the bus on station “Orrebacksgatan” and cross the street and walk towards Orrebacksgatan 400 meters and then turn left on Stadsvaktegatan and walk to the next crossing. From the turn right and then left right away and you are on my street Österhedsgatan. After 200 meters you have number 7 on your right. It's a yellow brick house! Bus station is a 5 minutes walk away (actually 8 according to (Hidden by Airbnb) maps but that if you're walking slowly). It takes about 15 minutes to go to the city center with bus. We have a robot lawnmover! We program it to work at night to avoid disturbance. But please try not to leave anything in the garden overnight. Or turn the robot off by simply open the lid.
