This holiday home is located in the suggestive and ancient village of Torraca (in the province of Salerno) and offers a truly enchanting panoramic view. It is totally immersed in the Mediterranean vegetation, 500 m a.s.l. and overlooks the splendid Gulf of Policastro, which is located approx. 10 km away. The house, although located in the center of the village, is in a green, hilly and panoramic context, which makes it the ideal place to restore body and mind. The medieval castle "Palamolla" is only 50 m away and in the village you can walk along the typical historical alleys. The house is on three levels: on the first floor a bedroom, the living room with sofa bed, a bathroom with shower, the kitchen, the panoramic terrace and a garage. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, one with a bunk bed and an extra bed, another kitchen, and another splendid panoramic terrace. Thanks to its structural characteristics, this house is particularly suitable for two families or groups of friends who wish to spend their holidays together, while maintaining their privacy. On the third floor there is a terrace of about 150 m2 with lawn, small above the ground swimming pool, solarium area and panoramic terrace with kitchen, bathroom with shower and a panoramic fitness room. Given its location (500 m a.s.l.) the temperature is particularly pleasant in summer and the area is perfect for trekking and excursions on selected paths, as well as cultural and tourist visits to nearby Palinuro (22 km) or Marina di Camerota (20 km), with boarding for the islands of Ischia and Capri. In Sapri (10 km) you can rent bikes, motorbikes, cars and boats. Marina di Sapri is characterized by its splendid sandy beaches, both free and equipped. At the port you can book excursions or fishing trips at night. Here you will also find many restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets and typical clubs, where you can taste the exquisite local specialties.
