30 min from airport room in a parklike setting

Welcome to Zurich! Iam Swiss/American who lived in Los Angeles ready to invite you during your trip to and travels or study in Switzerland. The apartment is close to bus Station approximately 5 min from my place, with easy and quick connections into Zurich Main Station (30 min) The apartment is situated 35 minutes away by public transport from Zurich Airport. Pick up possible at airport or train station for 30 CHF My 3.5 bedroom apartment is in the town of Hoengg. (Kreis 10) Quiet location, still close to Zurich downtown, Altstetten, (shopping Mall in Regensdorf) Unterengstringen and the university ETH Are close by. The room is tranquil with beautiful birth whistle in the morning. The queen size bed has a firm mattress. There is a table and reading chair in the room. Kitchen is full stocked ready to cook. Depending how long you will stay I will adjust the the nightly fee. Also students I will adjust the rent too depending on the length of your stay. All rooms expect my bedroom. I am working full time but depending if guests likes to interact in the evening I love to chat and help in any way I can. A few minutes away is a beautiful forest for quiet walks. The scenery is beautiful with a lot of meadows. Extremely good connection to the airport or train station. - Distances public transportation: - Location - bus stop: Heizenholz 5 -10 min Walking distance depends on speed - Location - Zurich (Hauptbahnhof HB): 30 min. by bus 46 - Location - Zurich Kloten Airport: 45 min. Train S24 to Zurich Wipkingen. Then take bus 46 to Heizenholz . From there it is 5 min. Walking distance - ETH about 20 min by bus I have a little dog
