This is a beautifully presented home with 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, and a modern kitchen. There are large decks for lounging/entertaining. It is only a few minutes walk to the main street and supermarket, walk to the Botanical Gardens, River and Harbour walkway. This is the ideal Spot if your wanting accommodation for a fishing tournament, Golf, Squash, Hockey or any events held in Whakatane or even Ohope Beach This property is special because it is so central to everything. The entire house is available for your use. The owners will not be there. Top Spot is a rear section house and therefore it is quiet and there is no road noise. Town is only a very short walk from the house. This property is a private home, not just a holiday house. We, as hosts are both over 65 and one of us has diabetes and a heart condition which means we are vulnerable in the current pandemic situation. Therefore, in accordance with the Airbnb guidelines, we have decided that, unfortunately, our property will only be available to fully vaccinated guests. Additional guidance for hosting during COVID-19 Airbnb has introduced guidelines and programs to help address health and safety concerns but these measures cannot eliminate all risk. Especially if you are in a higher risk category. People above the age of 65 or people with pre-existing medical condition’s such as diabetes or heart disease….. we recommend obtaining professional guidance and taking extra precautions when you are making the decision to host an experience on Airbnb.
