In a separate utility room you have exclusive access to your own washing machine and tumble dryer. Private studio with private balcony and utility room with private entrance. Very quiet district in a green area. 3 minutes walk to tram no. 15, stop Wolfschlucht. Approx. 20 minutes walking distance to the city centre, parking spaces are available in blue zoning around the house. We usually rent the studio from 2 nights. Exceptions are possible.
