Three bedroomed renovated house in the heart of the historic town of Penne with it's shops, restaurants, bars and museums. The house is set in a large historical palace and has lots of interesting architectural features. There is also a large terrace with stunning panoramic view. It is situated 30 minutes from the beach, 30 minutes from Pescara airport and 30 minutes from ski resorts. Huge appartment in the historical center of Penne, beautifully furnished with old restored furnitures. The Dimora is large and fully-service equipped. This is the perfect place for people for relaxing or even exploring the beautiful places nearby. Guests have the exclusive use of the house. Hosts live in the nearby village. During your staying we will always be available to provide information about the house and surrounding area, any suggestions, and eventually to organize with you any tourist itineraries. We will guarantee absolute privacy instead to the guests who request it. The district, in the heart of the historical center of Penne, calm and quiet, is mostly populated by locals who always are kind and welcoming and is located in a strategic position to relax and visit countless unique places. From the airport of Pescara (Abruzzo / Italy) or from the central train station of Pescara you can rent a car to get to Penne quickly in about 35 minutes. The parking lot is outside and is for free. The connections are also guaranteed by buses that arrive in Pescara in about 1 hour. Buses also link Penne to other places in the region. The bus terminal is 5-minute walk from the house. - The house must be left in a tidy condition. - Guests must follow the guidelines left in the house for recycling and dealing with rubbish. - Guests must read the information folder in the house which includes operating instructions for the electrical appliances etc. - Guests must contact the owner if they wish to have a party in the house.
