The Stables Cottage, Bevere lane

A very clean, well presented cosy 1 bedroom cottage, with a log burner, central heating, shower and toilet. Coffee/Tea making facilities, 42" tv, wifi, fridge, small oven-microwave, two-ring hob. Washer/dryer (situated in outbuilding). Pets welcome (with conditions). Secure parking. The cottage is a one bedroomed cottage, located in the grounds of our Grade 2 listed house. It is a compact cottage, but great for a cosy time away from home. Enjoy countryside walks along the River Severn, to either Ombersley or head into the city which is only 3 miles away. Located next door to the Stables, is the excellent Bevere Art Gallery & Cafe, where you can enjoy a coffee and a cake. There is also a local farm shop (Gwillams), a short walk across the field. If you fancy a visit to the pub, the Mug House is only 800 yards away. The Mug House is approximately 700 years old and stands within the walls of the Claines Church graveyard. Parking is available for one or two cars next to the cottage in the driveway. We have electric gates, which you will be given a key fob for whilst staying at The Stables. Guests can make use of the tennis court. We live on site, but are very respectful of giving people space when they stay. Where possible we like to greet visitors and show them in, but we are also happy for visitors to follow the instructions to let themselves in. We are available via text if required at any point during your stay. Bevere is a historic hamlet. We are 3 miles from the M5, and an easy 3 mile journey into Worcester city centre. The countryside of Worcestershire and the Malvern is just a short drive away. The 303 bus (Kidderminster - Ombersley - Worcester) runs daily and frequently from the end of the lane. There are two resident dogs on site. 'Beanie' and Walter, both very friendly Springer Spaniels.
