Alla Fenice Risorta is a nice and cosy flat ideally located between the heart of Venice and Marco Polo Airport, both are only a 15 minutes-drive by bus n°5. The flat is composed by a bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a bathroom with shower cubicle and a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Alla Fenice Risorta is the right place for all those wishing to visit Venice! The flat is equipped with all amenities necessary for a comfortable stay, such as air conditioning, dishwasher, and WI-FI connection. You will also find a kettle and coffee machine with a fine selection of teas and coffee. You will be provided with fresh linen and towels. To make your stay even more pleasant you will find a hair-dryer and complimentary toiletries including shower gel, shampoo and soap. Alla Fenice Risorta is located in Campalto, a little and lively town where you can find a bank with atm, pharmacy, newsagent, tobacco shop, bakery, butcher, fish shop, as well as pizzerias, restaurants and bars. The bus stop is only 150mt away, which is a really short walk from the flat. For nature lovers and for those who love outdoors activities, there is a wonderful pedestrian and cycle path along the Lagoon of Venice which reaches San Giuliano's Park, one of the biggest park in Europe with stunning views over Venice and its Lagoon. Buses to Venice run every 10 minutes. Santa Lucia Railway station and Mestre Railway Station are as well easy to reach in 20 minutes by public transport.
