Welcome to paradise! This brand new, family-owned villa has three bedrooms with their 3 en-suite bathrooms, a private large saltwater pool, private parking, a bike room, and all you need for a great vacation. Nestled in the heart of Playa Guiones North, the backyard of Casa Milo is a quiet oasis that faces the preserved area of National Wild Refuge of Ostional. It's right next to all the restaurants and shops, and a short walk to the most amazing beach ever, with an all year-round surf break. Design by local, environmentally-conscious, award-winning architect Benjamin Saxe, Casa Milo de Nosara faces the wildlife refuge of Ostional. Guests such as monkeys, coatis, and iguanas pass through its backyard and its tree canopy once in a while. The interior of the villa was designed by Sofia Interiorismo, a local and women-owned business that custom-makes its furniture and employed local artists and crafts people to give the house its soul—a jungle oasis with the comfort of home. There are two main bedrooms, each with a king bed, and a third with a bunk bed: a twin on top of a full. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, plus there is a half bathroom in the living room. The full kitchen will have everything you need for a home-cooked meal. But if you rather relax and let the cooking to others, Casa Milo is quietly tucked away, yet 5 minutes from many of the great restaurants in Nosara, including vegan and gluten-free. High-speed internet, washer/dryer, 5-filter water purification system, splendid mattresses, high ceilings, glass walls to the jungle, a saltwater pool with a wooden deck (pictures coming soon), private parking, and a chance to watch turtles lay their eggs on beautiful Playa Guiones, just a ten-minute walk from the house. We are also close to all the surf shops, and yoga and wellness centers. We have recommendations upon demand for a fantastic babysitter, an amazing private cook, and an awesome private surf instructor.
