Very nice typical norman house

In the heart of beautiful Normandy, this nice house with 3 bedrooms, fireworks, huge garden, and all facilities as wifi with optic fiber will be a heaven for those looking for peace, countryside, nice woods for walking and even a trip to the seaside which is at 100 km from the house (Houlgate). Very typical norman house All parts of the house We will be in touch all the time trough (Hidden by Airbnb) or phone. the house is surrounded by few other houses. It is not properly a village. The first village is 1,5 km distance with all necessary small traditional shops for eating: butcher, bakery, department store, grocery store... and a market every saturday. Ruggle city is at 11 km, with a bigger offer in term of food, etc...There is even a open air swiming pool. Train from Paris arrive at Verneuil sur Avre, 20 km from the house. There are taxi in the station, but it is better to have a car . Wifi is fast, but phone cells connections are not good in the house, better in the garden. Garden is close, there is a pound in it, so be carefull with young children.
