Acorn Cabin

This converted porta cabin is situated on an ex-Forest Nursery yard within view of agricultural buildings and set within 10 acres. A short walk from the yard reveals beautiful views across the landscape as far as the Skirrid, Abergavenny's Sacred hill. The ‘Alma’ local pub is also within walking distance, where good simple food, real ales/Herefordshire cider and a friendly welcome is to be found. I live on the premises and there will be other people coming and going on occasion. Rustic rural location, enjoyable local walks. Sit out on the decking or grassed area opposite the cabin! Go for a stroll in eight acres of woodland. I am usually about to answer any questions or give directions as I live within view of the cabin. Local fishing lakes, turn up and pay for the day! A good local pub (The Alma) serving very reasonable priced food. It also hosts an annual Charity Blues Festival. There is a limited local bus service. Please feel free to explore the ten acres plus a small woodland enjoying the lovey views as you go. Some great local walks and lake fishing too.
