Easy access to transportation, 20 minutes from Zurich city center, closet stations are Altstetten or Schlieren. Supermarkets (Coop, Migros and Denner and shopping center nearby . Friendly and beautiful neighborhood. With a well equipped Kitchen and spacious rooms, we are sure that you will feel at home here. The 4.5-room apartment is located on the edge of the forest and is used as a shared apartment. The outdoor area includes garden and shared patio. This guest bedroom is furnished with a single comfortable bed , large wardrobe, table, chair and lightings. Guests have full access to the kitchen, common living areas and the bathroom including the balcony and terrace. There is a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom for guests' use. I live and work in Zurich weekdays. So I will be around to see you in and help you get settled. Always available via mobile to help you anytime. Very beautiful location close to Limmat River and hiking trails. Shops and transport links a few metres away. Residential yet close to main roads. Forest a short walk up the road. Bus stop is a 4-5 mins away and has excellent transport lines. 20 minutes to Zurich Centre. Nearest station is Altstetten Additional Rules 1. No Smoking indoors. You can smoke on either balcony or garden. Please don't litter the buds on the ground. 2. Always tidy up /wash up after cooking/eating. Also please tidy up after using the washroom 3. Please do not leave any water/wet things on wooden floor, surfaces and table as this can ruin the surface. 4. Quiet time is after 10pm, please be considerate of fellow guests and neighbours
