The beautiful home is spotlessly clean and comfortable. Debbie the owner has a positive and happy energy towards life and generates great Karma. The house is located on the edge of a natural preserve and so is quiet and an extremely safe neighbourhood. Yet only a short distance from Surfers Paradise. Right outside the front door is the natural reserve forest with abundant wildlife and footpaths great for a gentle walk or a more vigorous hike. The bus stop is a short walking distance from the house. Buses go to Helensvale Station with direct access to Brisbane, Westfield shopping, and the light rail to Surfers Paradise. Pop on the train which which can take you to Brisbane for a fabulous city adventure. Pop on the light rail to take you to Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach. Or hang out at Westfield for a day of shopping and local cafes. Or stay on the bus and go to HarbourTown Outlet Shopping Center for all your discounted designer brands, Australian souvenirs, Cinema choices and multiple cafes. In addition we are close to Dreamworld, Wet and Wild, Paradise Country, and Top Golf for loads of fun fun fun!!! Car parking space on the drive and street. Separate bathroom. Separate toilet. Spacious living area. Kitchen with Island, and dining room. And a huge landscaped outdoor living space. I am available at breakfast during the evening or other times I am home. At Pacific there are lovely parks supermarkets Coles and Woolworths , cafes, restaurants, coffee shops , susi, noodle box , bakeries. Harbourtown outlet shopping centre is very close by bus . Getting around is easy by bus , train , and light rail . I have a very old gentle car that makes my home her home.
