The house is named after the longtime-resident old lady Josefine which is well known in the whole village under the nickname "Fifin". The spacious apartement has got 5 sleeping rooms, a big new kitchen, a little and a big, cosy living room with a wood oven. There's an excellent outdoor patio on the quiet sunny side of the house. All sleeping rooms offer running water. All beds and matrasses were bought in 2019. Another huge advantage is the perfectly equipped kitchen, as well from 2019, for 10 persons.
