The accomodation has been built and designed specifically for Airbnb guests. It is has all the modern comforts and is cleaned professionally. Secure and ample parking for trailers, utes and trucks. The 'Modern Accomodation' is one of two apartments available on this property through Airbnb. The accomodation is set on a luxury polo property that sits along the Hawkesbury riverbank. The gardens and grounds are parklike and maintained by full time gardeners. The location is unique and offers guests a taste for life on a luxury estate. Guests can come and go without interaction and privacy. There is ample parking and easy, private access. There are stairs to the accomodation and a verandah. The river is not far away so small children need to be supervised. If guests would like complete privacy there is the option to book the second apartment - 'Country Accomodation on Prestige Property'. Guests can access the river and the space around the cottages. We anticipate most guests want their privacy, however we are available if required onsite or there is a property manager. Richmond is a historic village on the banks of the Hawkesbury River. Located 60 kms from Sydney's CBD it is just under an hour's drive or a train trip. Richmond boasts lovely coffee shops, weekend markets, homewares stores and a great fashion boutique Juan & Me. Only a short distance to Penrith Lakes, the Blue Mountains, Mount Tomah botanic gardens and Bilpin. Richmond has a train station and good roads. Guest can walk, bike or drive into the village.
