Spend your evenings relaxing on the back deck under the soft lighting. Dogs are allowed, maximum is 2. Must be house trained. An additional $50 pet cleaning fee will be added. Master and secondary bedroom each has a new (as of 02/2022) queen mattress. Third bedroom has a twin daybed with a pull out trundle. Sectional couch in the living room. Dining table with seating for six plus kitchen island has additional seating for two. Back deck has a bistro table and seating for two. Half bathroom downstairs, two full bathrooms upstairs. Laundry room has newly upgraded front loading washer and dryer. 65” Smart tv downstairs, plus smart tvs in every bedroom. Wifi speeds are over 400 mbps download and 50 mbps upload. Home is centrally located in Leonardtown within walking distance of several restaurants and shopping. Two off street parking spots are located directly out front along with additional street parking. I’m available as much or as little as needed. I do my best to answer any questions quickly. Pets are only allowed on the property with with permission first so please message prior to set that up. Thank you My place is located one block from Leonardtown’s Main Street. Has a quaint feel to it. Many shops and restaurants to visit. There are shops and places to see within walking distance but I do recommend having a vehicle to see the area.
