If you're looking for relaxing, art and organic food, come to La Davalade in the Ardèche. Our B & B in a restored silk farm is equipped with all modern conveniences. All rooms have private bathrooms. Our large garden has a heated pool. We have three rooms each with a private bathroom. The rooms are large and attractively decorated. The authentic walls of old bricks and beams combined with comfortable large beds. There is the possibility to make coffee / tea in your own room. and make a small meal in the kitchenette.Towels, tea towels and swimming towels are available in the room you wake up in the morning and the sun is shining in your bed you will find yourself in La Douce France All guests can make use of our heated pool and terraces We are at all times prepared to assist and advise. There is an abundance of information available to undertake activities such as markets, concerts, hikes, bike rides, exhibits beautiful swimming facilities etc. If requested, we can assist in the choice of your activities and make recommendations (restaurants). Our B & B is part of a cluster of houses under the town Chassiers. There are many cycling and walking in the area. There are various "Villages de Caractere 'beautiful villages to visit. as well as the well-known "Vide Grenier 'the flea market. Swimming in the "Baignades" of the rivers is an experience in itself. Our house is accessible by car from Route Soleil, exit 16 Privas, then another hour to La Davalade. By train to Valence, bus to Aubenas, there you will be picked up by us. Fly to Lyon or Marseille (Ryan Air) by rental car drive more than two hours.
