Light & airy garden room with own entrance & sunny patio area The newly refurbished room has an ensuite shower,toilet and hand basin.There are tea/coffee facilities & mini fridge. There is a comfortable king size vi spring bed, settee & chair. Light Breakfast. Within the sight and sound of the sea we are in the perfect place to enjoy all that Falmouth has to offer be it beaching ,sightseeing boat trips beautiful walks and good restaurants. I can always help you find what you need. All these amenities are very close.You can go for an early morning swim at Castle beach less than 5 minutes away followed by breakfast at the famous Gylly cafe or laze in bed listening to waves on the seashore. The garden room is a lovely private peaceful space with a easy walking distance of all that Falmouth offers. The room has a comfortable king size vispring bed, ensuite, and a relaxing sitting area overlooking the garden. There is a private sunny sitting area. There is a mini fridge with water, milk, cereals and my homemade shortbread. Also a kettle with tea and coffee (instant and ground) and a toaster. Although there are no other cooking facilities eating places abound near by. You have your own entrance to come and go as you please. There is unrestricted parking out side. Falmouth docks railway train station which links to Truro is a 5 minute walk away. There is also a bus shuttle service at the bottom of the road which takes you to all parts of Falmouth. Ferries to St Mawes, Truro, Flushing and the Helford River are close. I am nearly always around should you need any help or information. I must emphasise that the Annexe is not suitable for babies or children so therefore I 'm sorry cannot accommodate them I will greet guests on arrival and am happy to help anytime.
