Contactless check in with key safe outside the entrance. Extra cleaning care is being taken for the safety of our guests and ourselves. Prime location with easy walking distance to the sought after area of Hill road with its independent shops, restaurants and just a 10 minute walk to the sea. Just 5 minute drive to get to the M5. Yatton train station is only 10 minutes away. Side entrance to the right of the building that leads round to the rear of the property with its own entrance. Key safe outside the door for contactless check in. Contactless check in with key lock box outside for the self contained flat. Happy to answer any questions that you may have. We live in the house above should you need us. Quiet street within the sought after area of mid-clevedon. Walking distance to the sea and shops. When you are here you can walk to most places. M5 is 5 minutes away, and Yatton train station is 10 minute drive away. We are taking extra measures when cleaning the flat but would ask before guests leave that they use anti-bacterial wipes and spray that we will provide to clean surfaces before they leave. We also now need guests to strip the bed and put the linen / towels in the provided laundry basket for our safety please.
