Dotato di 2 posti letto (letto matrimoniale) + un eventuale letto aggiunto nel divano-letto, wifi, smart TV, riscaldamento autonomo, cucina completa, lavatrice. Meravigliosa vista sui Monti Prenestini e sui paesi circostanti. L'alloggio per uso turistico Giacaranda era la casa natale di mia madre. E' stato recentemente ristrutturato ed è dotato di ogni tipo di confort. Alloggia comodamente una coppia con 1 figlio, nel salone è presente un tavolo per quattro persone (allungabile) e la cucina è completa di stoviglie. E' possibile mangiare all'aperto nella veranda di accesso alla casa, con vista sui monti ed i paesi circostanti. The Giacaranda tourist accommodation was my mother's birthplace. It has been recently renovated and is equipped with every type of comfort. It comfortably accommodates a couple with 1 child; in the living room there is a table for four people and the kitchen is complete. La sua fama è legata soprattutto all'Infiorata più antica d'Italia, che si tiene ogni anno a fine aprile, e alla Fiera di S. Anatolia che si tiene a luglio. Ci si può avventurare sui saliscendi degli stretti vicoli del centro storico, o fare lunghe passeggiate nei boschi appena fuori il paese, o sostare nelle chiese di S. Anatolia del VI secolo (la più antica della Valle del Giovenzano) o di S. Maria Assunta del X secolo. Infine, Gerano è sede del museo della Casa delle Antiche Scatole di Latta, unico nel suo genere in Italia. Anatolia (6th Century, the oldest in the Giovenzano Valley) or S. Maria Assunta (10th century). Finally, Gerano is home to the museum of the House of the Ancient Tin Boxes, the only one of its kind in Italy.
