Comfy and spacious four bedroom house in Whiting Bay offering stunning uninterrupted views of the Firth of Clyde and The Holy Isle. The house is ideal for a maximum of seven guests including children. Self-catering only. Strictly no dogs or pets. Winter short breaks available. Long weekends or weekdays. For rates, drop me a line with your dates.h This lovely former school teacher's house is beautifully position towards the south end of Whiting Bay with stunning views across the Forth of Clyde and The Holy Isle. Spacious, and comfy, with modern decor, it is well equipped for travellers to enjoy a break by the sea on the picturesque Isle of Arran. Downstairs: Living room, kitchen, small double bedroom, utility room with shower room and toilet. Upstairs: Three bedrooms and shower room. *Please note the house only has shower-rooms. Bedroom description: Bedroom 1 (Upstairs) King bed Bedroom 2 (Upstairs) Small Double bed Single, Bedroom 3 (Upstairs) Single Bedroom 4 (downstairs) Double bed (please note this is a smaller room with a double bed that is set against a wall) *Sorry the house is not suitable for large groups or hen parties* *Strictly no dogs or pets I'm afraid* *The house is not suitable for people with mobility issues* *Free WiFi available subject to fair usage* *The house has a back cottage which is also available for rentals and may be occupied during your rental. Both properties run independently. The entire house. Self-catering. Front garden, picnic area. Rear garden and parking area may at times need to be shared. *There is a small cottage or "summer house" as they are known on Arran at the back if the property which is now available to rent. There is shared access of the drive but the cottage will operate independently of Seaview. Guests can get in touch via email or by phone at any time. Arran is stunning and you will feel a million miles away from the rest of the world. There is always something to do but especially if you love nature and enjoy an active lifestyle. The island is simply a great place to relax and chill. It's a very family friendly island, with many beaches to explore and places to discover. Having a car is good but not essential. There is a regular bus service throughout the day with links across the entire island. You don't need a car to get to the house, the bus will take you from the ferry terminal in Brodick and drop you off at Glenashdale Bridge which is a few metres from the house. There is also a late evening bus service to Brodick and the Auchrannie resort should you want to socialise there and obviously not take the car. We supply all bed linen, hand towels and kitchen towels. Please note we do not supply Bath towels. **** Easter, Christmas and New Year Bookings **** Please note that should there be any technical issues or problems over Easter, New Year or Christmas that require a tradesperson or specialist to fix any faults or breakdowns, we cannot guarantee that we can get that person out on the day to attend. Please don’t worry, we have never had any issues before over Easter, New Year or Christmas holidays, nor do we anticipate there will be. But we do feel we have to mention this just in case. It’s an island and resources can be limited at certain times of the year.
