The whole of the apartment is for your exclusive use. There is your own private entrance from the street. The car park with your own reserved space is just 20 yards away. I am in the building most days but am available by mobile at all times. Please only phone after 9.30pm if it is extremely urgent. The apartment is on the same road as Preston Guildhall, very close to the new market, 2 minutes away from the bus station and about 8 minutes from the railway station, also very convenient for UCLAN. Your private parking space is just 20 yards away, the bus station 2 minutes away and the train station about 8 minutes We provide a small welcome pack of tea coffee sugar milk cereal salt pepper etc for our guests
