Beechmont Mountain View Chalet
Beechmont Mountain View Chalet is a lovingly restored charming home in a beautiful secluded, peaceful location on the edge of the rainforest overlooking Lamington National Park, Mt Warning Springbrook and the Numinbah Valley. This serene location enables you to listen to abundant bird calls and watch the native animals without disturbing them. The chalet offers private and uninterrupted views of the surrounding area. For those seeking an escape, the chalet offers everything you could want. The Chalet is a beautiful romantic space, constructed with natural timbers throughout, creating a truly unique setting. The Chalet features a private outdoor heated spa and BBQ on the back verandah that offer the most breathtaking, uninterrupted views. Guests can lay on the sunbeds with your favorite drink and enjoy the sunrise or sunset, or gaze upon the amazing Milky Way at night with the telescope. Alternatively, sit back and enjoy the open fireplace on a cold night. We supply an antipasto board and a bottle of local Champagne on arrival. Tea, coffee, and some essentials are provided for breakfast, but guests with are encouraged to BYO meals. A fully equipped kitchen is also available for guests to use. The whole Chalet I am available by Phone or Text anytime during your stay with us. If we are required to be on location we will be there in an hour and a half. The nearest shops are 15 minutes to Canungra or 25 minutes to Nerang. We have two amazing restaurants nearby, the Flying Bean and the Binna Burra Restaurant (bookings required), on the weekend we also have the Headmaster's Café, all are within a stone's throw of the Chalet. Please check respective opening hours as not all are open for evening meals. The area has amazing walking tracks to enjoy the local flora and fauna, waterfalls and scenery of the Scenic Rim (Walking track maps provided). Or with a short drive you can find yourself in the heart of the Gold Coast enjoying the pristine local beaches and or at any of the Theme parks enjoying the entertainment. The area also has numerous Wineries and markets so enjoy taking some time off and meander around this beautiful area. There is no Public transport up the Mountain, bring your hiking boots walks can vary from a few kilometers to all day walks. It can get quite cold up here even in summer, so we highly recommend that you bring a set of warm clothes.
