Pluxa are delighted to present to you our brand new apartment "Sky and Sand" Located in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter, near the leafy and tranquil St Pauls square, but also only a short walk to the bustling core of the City Centre Netflix & WIFI as standard All of our Apartments are Spotlessly cleaned and disinfected by our professional cleaning teams, after every stay! The Space: Our stylish two Bedroom Apartment is on the ground floor, within a quiet block, with a secure key entry. The Apartment has been designed to cater to your every need with all home comforts, creating a relaxed and inviting space. A newly refurbished, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. 2 double bedrooms and extremely spacious living/dining area with contemporary yet homey furnishings. Guests will also have access to a private balcony with a bistro dining set. - 2 double bedrooms - 2 built in wardrobes - Living/dining area - Fully equipped kitchen - Bathroom with bath/shower - Storage cupboard - Private balcony Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire apartment and balcony. The Neighborhood: Our Apartment is situated within one of the Jewellery quarters most thriving communities. With a wide variety of restaurants, bars, galleries and tranquil surroundings. Only a short walk to the bustling core of Birmingham. Getting Around: Snow Hill train station - 10 Minute walk New street station - 15 Minute walk Colmore business district - 12 Minute walk Birmingham ICC - 10 Minute walk NIA - 10 Minute walk. Here's a list of decorum we'd like you to maintain during your stay at the property. We'll thank you in advance to kindly abide by all the house rules and ensure a pleasant experience all around. No Smoking - It's not allowed to smoke on the property or any of the public areas associated with it. Keep your lungs clean and healthy. No Noise - Have fun but keep the voices down to ensure you are not the cause of any noise between 10 PM - 9AM. Avoid -hedidit, shedidit syndrome and the complaints coming in. Indoor voices. That's the way to play it! No Party or Events - We all like a good party (throwdown!), but no haha; this is not the place for it, do don't do it! We'll all get in trouble, and fined! 2000 GBP is a heavy price to pay, so party proverbially in the spirit and keep the vibes naturally high! No Pets - We love our furry companions, but as per our set-up, it's not allowed, so kindly do not bring any pets on the premises. No Drugs or Consumption of Intoxicating Substances - Keep your body clean and happy 101 - Say NO to drugs! No Re-let/Sublet of Pluxa Property - What can we say, it's happened before and so that past is not a repeat of the future - it goes on the list! This experience is for you, and you alone. For your own safety - Kindly do not light any fires or candles on the property. The internal heating and warm blankets will suffice. Take care of the place like you would your own home - The property is for residential purposes only. Not for parties or gatherings. If, on arrival, it is felt the guest is intending to use the property for such an event, then there will be consequences. Yikes! Wet Items - Please do not hang or place any wet/damp articles of washing upon any room heater. It's a potential fire hazard, and we'd rather you be safe and enjoy your stay at leisure. Kindly do not use the phone or fax line connected to the property. If you must, you have to check with us first. The guests must follow the instructions in the house manual of the property. Duh-huh! But yes, it goes on the list too! And finally, you, our wonderful guests are responsible for caring for the property and its contents. The property and all equipment, utensils, furniture, etc. is on lend for the duration of your stay and must be left clean and tidy during check out from the apartment.
