APARTMENT, First floor, Central Carmarthen

The Apartment is very convenient for Carmarthen town, is spacious, cosy and well equipped. St Peter's car park is a 2 minute walk and the shops, pubs and restaurants are a 5 minute walk. The Apartment is ideal for guests visiting on business or for holidays, using as a touring base to explore the beautiful area, Glangwili hospital and the University. It has WIFI, Strictly no smoking. The Apartment has a large kitchen dining area, recently decorated and fully equipped. The large bedroom is light and airy and has plenty of storage space. The lounge has large screen TV and sofa bed. There is a single room with single bed and extra storage on the landing. The main front door entrance is turquoise blue. Guests access the flat into a small hallway and then to the flat door where they go up a staircase. There is a fire escape through the kitchen door. I am contactable by mobile phone, however I don't live on the premises but am happy to help you if there is a problem Carmarthen Town is a 4/5 minute walk away. The railway station is a 15 minute walk, bus station a 10 minute walk. Nearest car park is St Peter's, there is also Priory Street car park, which offers cheap all day parking. Please be mindful that there is a ground floor flat, so it is appreciated that there is not too much noise
