This 3 bedroom suite (1 bedroom is not accessible) is designed to inspire and rejuvenate. This place is great for remote work with reliable internet and quiet setting. It is located across from Dakar arena, near the ministerial sphere, UN headquarters, the AMM University and soon to be built the Diamnadio Olympic Stadium. This beautiful penthouse suite is 20 minutes from the international airport and many industrial platforms. Auchan supermarket and other shopping outlets are 10 minutes away. This executive suite has a clean design and a modern feel. All furniture are imported from the US to create an amazing space. Two smart TVs are located in the master bedroom and the living room. It offers a washer and dryer. The sofa can be turned into a comfortable queen bed. The playground ground is ideal for children or morning walks. A 2012 Ford Escape is available for rental (do inquire). I have traveled to Dakar for 4 weeks to create this space. Its design was inspired by many places I have visited with my family. Guests will have access to all spaces except one locked bedroom. SD City is an emerging complex. Only few families have moved in which explains the quiet setting. There are few restaurants and stores in the complex that provides living essentials. Security is 24 hours with friendly and professional agents at their post at all times. The cleaning and maintenance crew can be heard throughout the day busying in the landscaping and cleanliness of the complex. I can suggest a rental company that can provide you with car rental and driver if needed. I use this service every time I am in Dakar. They are reliable and trustworthy. Public transportation and taxis are available at the entrance of complex.
