Pentire Studio - The Lizard Village

Pentire Studio is a beautiful 1 bedroom Studio apartment in the heart of The Lizard Village, just a 20 minute walk to the famous Kynance Cove and less than a mile from the South West Coast Path. The Studio is modern, sleek, comfy and cosy and equipped with everything you should need to thoroughly enjoy your stay in The Lizard area! We are available for a 3 night minimum stay every month except July and August where it is a 7 night stay with check in/out on a Friday. Pentire Studio is beautiful 1 bedroom apartment attached to our home, but with your own private entrance which faces our large garden. Inside you have a lounge/kitchen which is fitted with white gloss, handleless units. There is an oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and plenty of utensils, pots, pans and even a slow cooker (not that you want to do too much cooking on your holiday). The lounge area has a comfy sofa, free view TV and dining table. In the bedroom, there is a king size bed, wardrobe/drawers and an en suite shower room. Outside you have a gravelled area with table and chairs for alfresco dining. The garden also houses our Shepherds Hut (Little Pentire) which we Airbnb too, so if 4 of you are looking to go away, this is an ideal opportunity for you to hire both!! We look forward to you staying in The Lizard! Guests access the Studio via our drive that leads you to the garden. Your key will be in a fitted key box on the fence post. We will be available on call during your stay, either on the premises or by telephone. The Lizard Village has 2 fabulous pubs, The Witchball and The Top House, several cafes, a fish and chip shop and plenty of Ice Cream shops! A short walk away to the most Southerly point of the Uk, you have two more cafes, Polpeor and Wavecrest - both with spectacular views! We also have The Housel Bay Hotel, which offers a bistro style menu in The Terrace restaurant, then also fine dining in The Fallowfield, again, there are wonderful views from the hotel out to sea! We are on the South West Coast Path, so this is a wonderfil area to walk. You are a short drive away from the Helford - very different scenery, Falmouth, Penzance and St.Ives. Poldhu and Kennack Sands are our nearest beaches, both with cafes/toilet facilities, and our town of Helston is a bus ride or car journey away - there are some lovely pubs and restaurants there. Porthleven is worth a visit, it is a pretty little fishing village, with a fantastic array of restaurants and just 5 minutes from Helston. We welcome 1 small well behaved dog at an additional cost of £10 per night but capped at £40. Payment is cash on arrival. Thank you
