The kitchen is luxuriously equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. The breathtaking view of the water during cooking will not be forgotten so quickly. This modern, perfectly equipped apartment on 119m² is located on the first floor of the newly built holiday complex "Oase am Haff" in the south of the island Usedom. 6 people have enough space. The huge balcony overlooks the water of the Szczecin Lagoon. The south facing! GORGEOUS! All terraces / balconies are in an ideal south facing position with fantastic views of the lagoon. Very tasteful decor with great attention to detail. The excellent equipment leaves nothing to be desired. The houses 1 and 2 have in the basement 365 m² leisure wellness and fitness areas, which are available to all guests. In the park-like 22. 000 square meter outdoor area there are playgrounds for large and small children, a football field, table tennis and boules, as well as several barbecue areas. The imperial baths are only 10-15 minutes by car. The tranquility and seclusion of the Haffküste guarantee, in contrast to the imperial baths, pure relaxation. The small airport Heringsdorf is only open from the end of April to the end of October and has a maximum flight volume of 8-9 machines on the weekends.  All our guests rave about the heavenly peace in the oasis.
