The upper level is accessible via an external staircase at the side of the building. On the ground floor is a large open space with a sitting / TV corner and a double sofa bed, air conditioning, a kitchen with a dining table, an oven, a fridge / freezer and a dishwasher, a large bathroom with shower / bidet / WC / sink and velux window and a spacious bedroom with a double bed and single bed overlooking the garden. The living room leads to the outdoor area composed by a covered veranda with garden furniture and sun loungers. The 300 square meter garden is shared with a second unit in front of the house. Upstairs a small entrance with wardrobe and mini fridge leads to a spacious bedroom with double bed, single bed and air conditioning; the room has a balcony with outdoor furniture and overlooks the garden. A modern bathroom with shower / bidet / toilet / sink is exclusively available to guests on the upper floor. A small outdoor area located in the garden houses the laundry with washing machine and charcoal barbecue. The garden is fenced and closed by an electric gate, inside you can park up to 2 cars. THE NEIGHBORHOOD The surrounding area is home to numerous beach kiosks, where you can relax in the evening while sipping a glass of wine or a cocktail, enjoying some typical appetizers. Some good spots are the Chiringuito Bar and Restaurant in Bados, Trattoria Rossi's seafood restaurant in Pittulongu, Costa Sarda Bar for a quick lunch with good local cuisine. The nearby Centro Gallura shopping center offers many shops and a large supermarket. About 15 minutes drive are the beaches near the village of Golfi Aranci: Cala Sassari, Cala Sabina, White Beach, Baja Caddinas and the natural park of Cala Moresca, home to a permanent group of over 100 dolphins.
