My place is peaceful and well placed, being on the edge of Dartmoor and halfway between the two major cities of Exeter and Plymouth with the coast not too far away. Great for Cookery School Students, Solo Adventurers and Business Travellers. You are renting a room only with access to kitchen, dining area, shower, sink and toilet. My neighbourhood is peaceful and within easy reach of the town centre, bus routes and only a few minutes walk from Ashburton Cookery School.
