Kabin Kayu - Little Wooden House on Stilts

"Kabin Kayu" our Wooden House on Stilts is the perfect place if you want to stay near of the city of Solo but still enjoy the freshness and the unique experience of the Javanese country side. While only 20 Minutes by car or motorcycle away from the center of Solo City, "Kabin Kayu" is located at the outskirt of a traditional village. When staying here you will be surrounded by bamboo, palms and a really natural environment. The mainly wooden little house was build from the recycled wood of a traditional Javanese house, a so called Lima San. While being rather small regarding the space, the unique experience of being able to nearly completely open 2 of the walls keeps you in immediate contact to the surrounding nature. After you get your key you are free to use every space. My house is about 50 meters away from Kabin Kayu, this means when you have some questions or need some advice about what to do and where to go in Solo I am happy to help. Kabin Kayu is located at the outskirt of a small village, so you can immerse in a Javanese village athmosphere. In the day you will hear chickens, sheeps and cows, and in the night you will hear Geckos and Crickets. In the center of Mojosongo, the next urban development close to Plesungan you will find many shops, restaurants and warungs, there is also a convenience store in walking distance. Thanks to GoFood and GrabFood it is also very easy to order food directly to your please. If you want to go to the center of Solo it is about 20 minutes by car or motorbike until Paragon Mall (just to give you an example).
