The property is located about 10 km from the historic city center of Aachen in the Roda town Herzogenrath. It is very quiet within a residential area and yet centrally located near the center - and thus the ideal location on the one hand for quiet hours of shutdown, but also for a variety of excursions and activities of all kinds. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment are cycling and walking paths through the recreational area Wurmtal or in the Brunsumer Heide. Bus connections are within walking distance in a few minutes. Day trips to the nearby Eifel or to the moor landscape Hohes Venn are ideal for shorter walks and long hikes or to linger in historic villages such as Monschau or Kornelimünster.
